This translation is provided to help you understand the service. The French version prevails. French reference version

This text explains what Yearn undertakes to do, what it cannot guarantee, and what is expected from you. By creating an account, you accept it.

Who publishes the service

Yearn is in a closed testing phase. The service works and earnings are real, but interruptions and corrections may occur.

Yearn is published and operated by Jonathan Ibor, an individual residing in France. The yearn.fr website and the Yearn app are hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

What Yearn is, and what it is not

Yearn lists paid offers, mainly surveys, provided by partner networks. For each offer, the app displays a real hourly return in euros based on the time actually reported by users who completed it before you.

Your account

How earnings are created

When you complete an offer, the network sends Yearn a conversion notification. Only that notification triggers a credit: no screen or message in the app counts as validation before it. The credited amount is the amount sent by the network, converted to euros if needed, and appears first in your pending balance.

This delay exists because an advertiser can cancel a conversion afterwards, for example because answers are considered inconsistent, the survey was completed twice, or fraud is detected later.

CPX may reverse a conversion up to 60 days later, so Yearn keeps CPX earnings pending for 60 days rather than using a shorter delay that could expose you and the service to a reversal after redemption.

A cancellation debits the relevant amount and is shown with its reason. It never happens silently. If you dispute it, write to me: each conversion keeps its evidence file so the dispute can be raised with the network.

Redeeming your balance

Your available balance can be redeemed for gift cards when the product is offered and in stock. The current catalogue offers Amazon.fr cards of €10 and €25, subject to stock.

No cash payment, bank transfer or PayPal payment is offered. Amounts are shown in euros because it is the honest unit of account, not because they are transferred as cash.

A delivered code cannot be taken back, refunded or exchanged. The use of the card is governed by the issuer’s own terms, not by Yearn.

What may lead to account suspension

A suspension is notified with its reason. You may dispute it at the contact address above; held earnings are released if the dispute succeeds.

Closing your account

You can delete your account from the app at any time. Account deletion is final: it causes the loss of the remaining balance, whether available or pending. The app therefore asks you to confirm the exact amount you abandon.

The app refuses deletion if that amount changed between display and confirmation. Redeem your available balance before deleting the account.

What remains after deletion, and why, is described in the Privacy Policy. Nothing that remains allows you to be identified.

Service availability

Yearn is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. The service depends on third-party networks, whose unavailability, offer removals or partner withdrawals are outside my control.

An interruption does not erase a balance: the ledger is kept so every amount remains linked to its source event.

Ownership

The app, the website and their content are protected by copyright. Google, Amazon, partner networks and other named brands belong to their owners; mentioning them does not imply partnership or endorsement.

Changes to these terms

Any material change will be announced in the app before taking effect. The date at the top of the page indicates the applicable version. Continuing to use the service after that date means acceptance.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first: write to me before taking further action.
